Registering for our services from Emma Sims means that you automatically agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions.  We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies and Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. If there is a price adjustment or increase you will be notified.

The content presented is for the purpose of providing information and should not be used as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.


Booking an appointment;

By booking a Tera Mai™ Reiki or Crystal Healing appointment, and upon submission of the consent form, you agree to all medical and personal information provided to us being accurate and true to the best of your knowledge. Prior to all Tera Mai™ Reiki and Crystal Healing sessions, the appropriate informed consent form(s) must be submitted as an acknowledgement of your understanding of the contents of the document. If you are acting on behalf of a Reiki recipient you are agreeing on behalf of the recipient by submitting the document.


Appointment availability

Treatments are available by appointment only, via zoom or in person. A date and time will be mutually agreed upon by both the client and the practitioner.


Cancellation Policy

If a client should cancel an appointment without giving at least 48 hours notice (unforeseen circumstances are excluded from this) there will be a 50% fee payable by the client.

Workshop payments must be received in advance and no refund will be given for cancellation within 3 days of the workshop taking place.


Payment for sessions

Full payment is required in advance to secure the treatment. This can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. Cash or cheque must be paid on the day prior to the treatment.

Treatment 

Tera Mai™Reiki practitioners are not in a position to diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe substances, perform medical treatment or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. The treatment should not be substituted for medical examination, treatment or diagnosis. It is advised that you should always seek medical advice before making any changes to your existing medical care.

Post Treatment

The body can enter a state known as a ‘healing crisis’ this is a place where the bodies energy is trying to restore itself to a place of balance and energies have needed to be shifted. This can make the recipient feel nauseas, exhausted and not very well; rest assured this period will pass. 


At the time of transition

Tera Mai™Reiki works to serve the highest good for all concerned. If it is the person or animals time to transition to the other side the process will not interfere with this. Offering Reiki during these intervening moments can bring comfort and healing for all involved in the end of life experience and can be supportive, calm and peaceful.

Clients Role

By booking and receiving a Tera Mai™Reiki Treatment the client agrees that they are solely in charge of their transformation, life journey, life choices and agree to take full responsibility for their own health and wellbeing, outside of the treatment, and for the decisions that lead to necessary shifts in attitude, nutrition and lifestyle. 

Clients understand and agree that in order for healing to take place, several treatment sessions are necessary. Whilst it is possible for one treatment to make a difference it is recommended that further treatments are taken as healing is a longer process and takes commitment and time.

Clients are fully responsible for making their own decisions thereafter. The client is aware that any suggestions made by the practitioner are purely suggestions and guarantees are not made for the effectiveness or success neither are they liable for the guidance, life changes and actions made after the treatment.

The client agrees to waive claim towards the practitioner for any physical, emotional, or psychological changes, detox symptoms, transformation or changes in outcome that may or may not be observed after a treatment.

Liability

If in the event of computer viruses, interruption and availability of our site due to unexpected technology failure that we are not liable for costs incurred, damages, expenses or losses resulting directly or indirectly from the event. 

Shop Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions outlined below apply when you purchase a product or gift voucher for a treatment via our website. When you complete your customer details, by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms.

MAKING AN ORDER

Once you have submitted an order for goods, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order (the "order confirmation"). You will receive a further e-mail from us once the goods have been dispatched; it is at this point a binding contract will be concluded between us.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The photograph shown of the product is for reference only and may vary on arrival.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If for some reason we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline that has been outlined.

MAKING A CHANGE TO YOUR ORDER

Once the order has been placed we are unable to change this without advance notification. If a change is required we this will delay the shipment of the product(s).

Price increases do vary from time to time and this is updated on the website.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International customers living outside of the UK can purchase products from this website. Payment must be made by credit card in British Pounds. We are not liable for transaction fees. All fees must be paid for by the customer. International delivery charges will apply.

Please ensure you check the import taxes of your country receiving the product.

PRICE

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right, however, to change prices without notification to you.

DELIVERY

Once the products have been delivered to you to the delivery address you specified when ordering the products, you will assume the risk.

Notwithstanding that risk of loss or damage to the products only passes to you once they have been delivered to the delivery address, ownership of the products shall pass to you on the later 1/. the products being dispatched by us and 2/. us receiving payment in respect of the same.

COVID-19 Update: Please note, Royal Mail and other courier services are no longer obtaining a signature at delivery in order to reduce the possibility of transmission at the point of delivery. They will note a Surname as proof of delivery. A delivery card or notice will be left for you to re-arrange any missed deliveries. This is at the customers responsibility as we are unable to assist with this.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Upon receipt it is important that you check your order or items always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate.

Before returning an order please do get in touch to discuss the return.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been delivered please do get in touch. If this has already been sent then we will be unable to cancel the order.

We value your custom and endeavour to refund your product as quickly as possible. Please ensure you follow the steps below:

  1. Please state the reason for return. Please see our terns of service for returning a product.

  2. Package your product carefully, we will not be liable for the product to be broken on return.

  3. Please obtain proof of postage on returning the product.

Please note this applies to returning Products only, not vouchers. Vouchers are non-returnable.

Please be aware that these products are for your personal use only and are NOT for re-sale.
