Terra Mai ™ Reiki Treatment
Tera Mai™ Reiki is a powerful and transformative healing therapy. It moves the energy within your body, that is responsible for creating pain, anxiety, stress, migraines and dis-ease, and reinforces the bodies natural ability to heal itself. Working on all levels; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual this powerful Energy Healing Treatment helps to restore you to a point of balance and reduces anxiety and pain.
Depression and Trauma are extremely responsive to Reiki healing.
During this hour long hands-off treatment you will be guided on a short meditation to open your chakra centres and then you will lay on the treatment couch fully clothed to receive a non-invasive healing treatment. The energy healing works very deeply and is particularly beneficial to people experiencing anxiety, depression, pain, exhaustion, insomnia or grief.

Terra Mai ™ Reiki Children’s Treatment
From a young age children have the most incredible ability to understand their own energy. This is usually expressed emotionally, through tantrums, anger, outbursts, and this is followed by anxiety, attachment issues, control and other behaviour as they learn to navigate the world.
A treatment of Energy medicine 1:1 in person for 1 hour will allow the child to ease anxiety, stress in the body that is showing up in other physical problems, mental health issues, eating disorders. We always start the treatment with crystals, art and soft music is played if the child likes music. I am also DBS checked.

Crystal Healing Treatment
Harness the natural healing power of crystals.
Crystals have been used for thousands of years to aid healing and protection in the body. Crystals are living minerals and each crystal has its own unique vibration that, when placed on the corresponding chakra, creates a reaction that allows the vibration of the crystal to amplify what is happening in each chakra, the energy is then channelled to create balance. During this treatment you will be guided on a meditation whilst crystals are positioned on the chakra points of your body.
Crystal healing is a powerful and restorative treatment especially good if you have experienced a traumatic birth, mental health issues, trauma or shock.

Mother & Child Treatment
The connection between a Mother and their child is the purest bond to feel. It runs deeply through every vein in their bodies. This beautiful energetic cord can mean we can become out of balance with each other at certain times and this can be a reflection of life and what is happening around you.
The Mother & Child treatment allows you the time to lie side by side and connect with each other. Gently allowing the energies to be cleared. Each chakra is worked on and equal time is given. It is a beautiful bonding experience and a precious gift to share with each other.
£100 for a 60 minute session in person. (Distant healing is also optional).
Distant Healing
Energy travels with intention. In the spiritual world, time and space don’t exist, meaning you don’t have to be physically present to receive the energy. By being clear on your intention, allowing space to receive the energy and being willing to receive, is all that needs to happen.
Light a candle and enjoy the experience in the comfort of your home anywhere in the world. It's a beautiful gift to receive and give to a loved one. £70
★Energy healing works in conjunction with conventional medicine but should not be used as a replacement. You may experience sensations of hot or cold pulsations moving through your body and see bright colours but rest assured that Reiki is only ever a positive experience and works in a very subtle way. Please be aware that a healing crisis can occur after a treatment and this can feel similar to flu, exhaustion and sickness this is, however, all part of the healing process and settles within a few days.
