This 5 week course is specifically created and tailored to your individual needs and throughout the 5 weeks you will be guided, held and supported.

When I committed to a regular self care practice this is when I felt the biggest shift in my life. I transformed my inner self from a state of continual anxiety to a place of inner peace and my life began to change.

Finding your truth starts with you committing to saying yes to change and taking the small step each day to do the inner work that will improve your life. 

Our emotional, mental and physical states of being are inter-connected and when we experience dis-ease in the body it is often a reflection of inner conflict, tension or disharmony on other levels.

We will work together using various energy healing techniques, meditation practices, journalling, affirmations and visualisation exercises to work the energy through the body. 

You will be guided along the way by myself and each week you will experience a new practice to weave into your life.

Each session will be 1 hour, 1:1 in person or on line, with the option of a longer session where required. 

A commitment to a daily self care practice will be expected in order to achieve optimum results.

In the session…

In our initial consultation we will firstly establish what you are feeling and what you may neeyour needs and create a space to gain a deeper understanding of what you may need.

A bespoke healing plan is then created and agreed upon between us so that we work together with ease, knowing that you are supported throughout the 5 weeks.

Each week you receive guidance and support on the different techniques and practices that will support you on your journey.

Personalised meditations will be created to listen to daily.

  • Week 1

    1.5 hour initial consultation to establish your needs and gain a deeper understanding of where you are at.

    1 x 1:1 in person or online guided inner work and healing session

    A bespoke healing plan is created and agreed upon between yourself and I. We work together with ease and comfort and you are supported throughout the 5 weeks.

  • Week 2

    Guided inner work, in the form of meditation, journalling, visualisation, creativity which will change each week

    1 x 1:1 in person or online guided inner work and healing session - we will review week 1 and adapt this for week 2

  • Week 3

    Guided inner work, we will discuss the changes over the weeks and reflect on the learnings from the practices and what is working, We will dive more deeply with daily contact and support.

    We will expand on week 1 -3 and create new practices

  • Week 4

    Guided inner work. We work closely at this stage to focus on the elements that work really well and create longer exercises and practices based on this feedback.

  • Week 5

    Deeper guided inner work and personalised meditation to continue the work. A review of what worked and next steps.
