Energy is the life force that surrounds us all and in order to function at our highest level we need to ensure our energy is maintained.
This 1 hour workshop focuses on energy raising techniques using creative exercises, meditation, breath-work, intuition and visualisation.
The aim is to raise your energy vibration, increase focus and help you to feel more positive. Meditation and creative techniques enhance right brain thinking. In order to achieve optimum mental health you need a balance of both the right and left brain.
No experience is required and this workshop is a great introduction to understand how your own unique energy works.
