Is your child curious about crystals, energy, the moon and the universe?

During this workshop Emma will explore: the chakras, the aura and our own unique energy field. 

This interactive workshop will lead children on a journey of energy work, using meditation, crystals and art. We will explore the qualities of crystals which ones work the best for sleep, anxiety and healing. We will look at how energy works within our physical bodies. All children will receive a crystal to take home and craft materials will be provided.
