Join Annabel Deans, a qualified Qi Gong Instructor and myself for a morning of Qi Gong and energy healing exercises to get you back in balance and feeling energised.

Soul Collective invites Annabel to join us for an in-person workshop.

We will start with a beautiful guided meditation, Qi Gong Session, Energy Healing techniques followed by herbal teas and energy balls.

Qigong is the ancient art of working with our life force energy to promote health and longevity. Based on the principles of Chinese medicine we work with the energy pathways (meridians) of the body to clear blockages, nourish the key organs and allow the free flow of Qi ( energy) and blood. Working with mind, body and breath in harmony, we learn to tune into our own energy and others around us and to connect with the natural world leaving us feeling calm, yet energised. With a myriad of health benefits, Qigong is an age old practice that is the perfect antidote to our busy modern lives.
