Is your child curious about crystals, energy, the moon and the universe?

During this workshop Emma will be joined by Kerrie Kent, a local Artist, we will explore; the chakras, the aura and our own unique energy fields. Kerrie will guide you through an Energy Painting using paints and colours tuning into your own energy field.

This interactive workshop will lead children on a journey of energy work through using meditation, crystals and art. We will explore the qualities of crystals, which ones work the best for sleep, anxiety and for healing and we will look at how energy works within our physical bodies. All children will receive a crystal to take home and craft materials will be provided.
